1) It is the responsibility of each group to make their own playing arrangements

2) Please keep to the cut off dates

3) The upper named players of each challenge have the privilege & responsibility to select two dates on a weekend, one day in the week, T-off time and the venue and inform their challengers of this in good time.

4) The venue can only be on course where the FS NOMADS play their monthly games

5) If the bottom named players of the challenge are not able to play on these dates, they will have to forfeit their challenge

6) If the upper named players fail to make the selection of venue and dates in good time and/or fail to communicate it to their challengers, they will have to forfeit

7) If either pairing of the challenge fail to pitch up for their challenge on the agreed time, date and venue, they will automatically forfeit their game

8) If both pairings fail to complete their competition or fail to communicate their result to the JVC before the cut-off date, both pairings will have to forfeit

9) In the case of a draw after 18 holes have been played, play should be extended and played as sudden death off a scratch handicap for all players.

10) If one of the partners of a pairing withdraws or does not arrive for his game, the challenge must continue. The score for the round of the remaining player is then added to his and his partner

11) A new random draw will be done after the completion of each round
